The sparkling rosé is made from a combination of English heritage grapes, Seyval Blanc and Regent, using the traditional method.
Bright pale copper and salmon pink in the glass with a fine mousse. Lifted red fruit aromas of redcurrants, wild strawberry and pink grapefruit followed by rosé oil, honeysuckle, and sweet brioche notes. A clean and light mouthfeel with an elegant and well-balanced acidity. Fruit and floral aromas follow onto the palate showing strawberry, white peach and blossom. Toasted brioche from time in bottle adds a layer of depth, with a fresh citrus zest and pithiness on the finish.

Sparkling White
The sparkling white is made solely from Seyval Blanc grapes.
A bright sparkling white wine with refreshing aromas of green apple, lemon zest, white peach and pear, complemented by subtle notes of brioche. Dry, crisp and vibrant, with citrus, orchard fruits and lively acidity. The finish is long, clean and mineral, leaving a refreshing citrus zest character.

OUR VINEYARD
Family run in the Wye Valley
We produce a sparkling rosé and a sparkling white from English heritage grapes using the traditional method. The rosé is made from a combination of Regent and Seyval Blanc grapes. The white is made purely from Seyval Blanc grapes. Both wines are clear, dry with small bubbles and a refreshing taste with a hint of apples reminiscent of the orchards that used to be planted on this land generations ago. Production is limited, circa 1200-1300 bottles a year. The current vintage, 2023, was of a sufficient volume and quality to allow us to produce a white sparkling wine in addition to the rosé.
Our Story
Our vineyard was planted in 2017 with the help of friends, family and neighbours. It sits on a south facing gentle slope overlooking the River Wye and the picturesque town of Ross on Wye. In previous generations the land was put to apple orchards but centuries beforehand, according to historical records, there existed a small vineyard.
Today there are 439 vines of the Seyval Blanc and Regent varieties planted on a half acre vineyard.
