Sparkling rose from a combination of English heritage grapes, Seyval Blanc and Regent, using the traditional method.

Pours a pale, vibrant garnet colour. Aromas are delicately herbaceous with leaf tea, red fruits, and a note of cranberry.  The palate yields a sumptuous fizz, with ripe red-berry flavours and pomegranate, along with a citrus twist.  Crisp, clean, yet balanced, with a very long finish.

OUR VINEYARD

Family run in the Wye Valley

We make a sparkling rose from a combination of English heritage grapes, Seyval Blanc and Regent, using the traditional method.  This produces a clear wine with small bubbles, a refreshing taste with a hint of apples reminiscent of the orchards that used to be planted on this land generations ago.  Production is extremely limited, circa 1,000 bottles a year.

OurStory

Our vineyard was planted in 2017 with the help of friends, family and neighbours.  It sits on a south facing gentle slope overlooking the River Wye and the picturesque town of Ross on Wye.  In previous generations the land was put to apple orchards but centuries beforehand, according to historical records, there existed a small vineyard.

Today there are 439 vines of the Seyval Blanc and Regent varieties planted on a half acre vineyard.
